Upon arrival at Bracebridge Hall in Maryland
You will be introduced to a team of clinical experts who are prepared to help you in your journey toward health and lasting recovery from chemical dependency. You’ll also be given a list of other patients at Bracebridge Hall who will act as your “buddy” during your stay – these are your Recovery Supports. You will attend Orientation, as well, to quickly acclimate you to your schedule and what to expect during inpatient treatment.
During the first 24 hours
In the first 24 hours, you will go through drug rehab admissions where you will be introduced to a nurse, primary therapist, admissions counselor, and a psychiatrist if needed. Each medical expert will explain how he or she will contribute to the health and wellness of an all-encompassing sobriety treatment plan. The first 24 hours are vital in establishing a healthy outlook of recovery for patients suffering from substance abuse.
